Voiceoover.com — User Agreement
- Introduction 1.1 User Agreement
By registering, accessing, or using our Services, you are entering into a legally binding contract with Voiceoover.com Inc. If you do not agree, do not use our Services. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by closing your account and discontinuing use of our Services.
1.2 Services
This Agreement applies to https://voiceoover.com/ and all related sites, apps, APIs, and communications (“Services”).
1.3 Company
“You”, “User”, or “Customer” refers to any person or entity using our Services. “We”, “Us”, or “Voiceoover.com” refers to Voiceoover.com Inc. Use of personal data is subject to our Privacy Policy.
1.4 Changes
We may update this Agreement or Privacy Policy and will notify you before material changes take effect. Your continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
- Obligations 2.1 Eligibility
To use Voiceoover.com, you agree that:
You are at least 16 years old (or older if required by local law).
You will only maintain one account under your real identity.
You are not restricted from using the Services.
You will not create false or duplicate accounts.
2.2 Account Responsibility
You agree to:
Provide accurate and updated information.
Secure your password and account.
Be responsible for all activity under your account, unless you report misuse to support@voiceoover.com .
2.3 Payments
When purchasing credits, subscriptions, or API access:
You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before renewal.
Exchange rates and foreign fees may apply.
Refund eligibility: only within 24 hours of purchase AND with less than 10 minutes of voice usage.
2.4 Pricing & Plans
We may update subscription or credit prices with 30 days’ notice.
- Rights and Limits 3.1 Content License
You own the text, scripts, and content you upload. You grant Voiceoover.com a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely to deliver the Services.
3.2 Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, but paid subscriptions remain active until their billing period ends.
3.3 Intellectual Property
All trademarks, software, and models remain the property of Voiceoover.com and its licensors.
3.4 Limits
We may suspend or terminate your account for misuse, illegal activity, or breach of this Agreement.
- Special Features 4.1 Voice Cloning
If you use our voice cloning feature:
You must provide explicit written consent of the speaker.
Unauthorized use of third-party voices is strictly prohibited.
We may test and internally review samples for quality control.
Only you (or approved collaborators) can access your cloned voices.
4.2 Confidentiality
We will treat your data and projects as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or your content is made public.
- Commercial Use
You may use generated voices commercially (ads, e-learning, IVR, etc.).
You may NOT resell Voiceoover.com voices, datasets, or technology.
You may NOT use generated voices to train competing AI models.
- Third-Party Services
Our Services may integrate with third-party tools (payment gateways, storage, APIs). We are not responsible for third-party products or their terms.
- Disclaimer & Liability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
- Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Outstanding payments remain due. Sections on Liability, Commercial Use, and Governing Law survive termination.
- Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Delaware, USA (or your local jurisdiction if mandatory law applies). Disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts.
- API Terms
Usage is billed by character count (including spaces and SSML tags).
You must secure your API token and comply with technical limits.
Unauthorized reselling or bypassing rate limits may result in termination.
- Do’s and Don’ts Do’s
Follow applicable laws (privacy, copyright, tax).
Use voices responsibly and commercially within these terms.
Don’ts
Submit unauthorized third-party voices.
Violate IP rights of others.
Upload harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
Scrape, reverse-engineer, or misuse our technology.
