All payments are final and non-refundable, except as described in this Policy.
By purchasing subscriptions, credits, or one-time packs, you agree to this Refund Policy.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
You may cancel anytime before renewal to avoid future charges.
We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods or unused time.
Refunds may be granted only if BOTH conditions are met:
The purchase was made within the last 24 hours; and
Less than 10 minutes of audio generation has been used.
If eligible, contact us at support@voiceoover.com with your purchase details.
If you experience service disruption or technical errors preventing use, we will investigate.
If confirmed, we may issue a pro-rated refund or provide equivalent credits.
Refunds will not be issued if:
More than 24 hours have passed since purchase;
Usage exceeds 10 minutes of audio generation;
You purchased by mistake or changed your mind after using the Service.

Reason for the refund request
We review all requests within 5 business days.
Refunds (if approved) will be issued back to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
